Hit your step goal today. Then tomorrow. Then keep going.
tenk takes your steps from Apple Health, shows how far you are from today’s goal and counts the days in a row. The flame grows while you walk — and it notices when you don’t.

Why people use it
A streak worth protecting
Every day you reach the goal adds to the streak. After a week it gets surprisingly hard to let it drop.
Pick the tone
Supportive motivation, or the dark kind that says what you’re thinking when you skip a walk. Switch any time.
History you can read
Week, month and year at a glance, monthly trends and which days you actually hit the goal.
Boosters for off days
Sick, travelling, or just need a rest? Spend a booster and take a recovery day without losing the streak.
Inside the app
How it works
Allow Apple Health
tenk asks to read step count and walking distance. Nothing else.
Set a daily goal
10,000 is the classic, but pick what’s realistic for you — you can change it later.
Walk
Progress, streak and widgets update on their own. Open the app when you want to look back.
Questions
Where does tenk get my steps?
From Apple Health. Your iPhone counts steps on its own; if you also wear an Apple Watch, Apple Health combines the data and tenk reads the result.
Does my health data leave the phone?
No. Steps and distance are processed on your iPhone and in its widgets. We use anonymous analytics to see things like “goal reached”, but health data is never sent there. Details are in the privacy policy.
What does Premium add?
Full history and deeper insights, unlimited challenges, faster booster accumulation, plus extra widgets and motivation tools. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
Are there widgets?
Yes — for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, so you can see progress without opening the app.
How do I cancel Premium?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → tenk. More on payments and refunds on the support page.
